We produce detailed analysis & quantified Estimates, assisting with the preparation & finalisation of tenders. We also provide accurate cost analysis information for all types of building & construction projects, large & small.
We also have particular expertise in pricing works for the Woodworking Industry and regularly prepare estimates / tenders for Joinery / Carpentry Clients upon a supply & fix, supply only or fix only basis.

Estimating Service offered:
- We receive documents for pricing & discuss project details with Client.
- We visit the site to obtain relavent details and photographs.
- We prepare, send/fax out enquiries to suppliers / subcontractors. Receive quotes, collate data and check for errors.
- Utilising Bills of Quantities provided or taking off quantities from drawings and specification we price the project analytically.
- We return priced documents, discuss details and assist with finalisation of tender, if required.
